Provincial Delivery Coordination

Quicktime coordinates provincial shipments through courier partners for serviceable destinations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Please note: Quicktime does not personally transport every provincial shipment. We handle intake, verification, and endorsement — our provincial courier partners handle inter-province transport.

How Provincial Delivery Works

Provincial shipments follow a four-step handoff. Every step is recorded on your Quicktime shipment so you can see status changes as they happen.

  1. Quicktime pickup / intake — your shipment is collected by Quicktime or dropped off at our hub.
  2. Partner endorsement — we verify the shipment and hand it over to the provincial courier partner best-suited to your destination.
  3. Provincial transport — the partner carrier moves the shipment inter-province.
  4. Delivery tracking & status — updates appear on your Quicktime shipment record.

Service Options

Provincial Standard

approximately 5–7 business days

Standard provincial delivery from partner endorsement, subject to destination serviceability, partner operations, weather, holidays, and other operational conditions.

Selected Visayas / Mindanao Rush

approximately 2–3 business days

Available for selected VisMin destinations only and subject to partner-carrier availability, cargo capacity, flight schedules, weather, and other operational conditions. Not available for Luzon provincial destinations.

Serviceability

Destinations depend on partner-carrier coverage. If a specific city or municipality is outside our partner network, we'll let you know before dispatch. Use the rate calculator to check availability for your destination.

Weight & Package Requirements

Provincial rates depend on the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment, package dimensions, and destination. Final charges may change after verification. Large, bulky, or over-weight shipments will be routed through a manual quotation before pricing is confirmed.

Business Provincial Shipments

Multi-destination and bulk provincial requirements typically need a customized quotation based on destination mix, shipment volume, and partner-carrier rates. Use "Request a Provincial Business Quote" so we can review the shipment details with you.
